Peer Support in the Community Hub

The Peer Support in the Community Hub offers networking opportunities, training and small grants to new and existing mental health and wellbeing peer support groups in Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich.

What we offer

The Peer Support in the Community Hub operates across Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich and some other South East London areas.

The Hub can offer:

  1. Free training, workshops and coaching.
  2. Networking events where you can meet others and share experiences.
  3. Small grants of up to £250 to set-up or develop your group.

Who is it for?

The Peer Support in the Community Hub is for any person or organisation in Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich or some surrounding areas running an existing or setting-up a new mental health and wellbeing peer support group, where people use their own experiences to support each other.

The peer support can happen on a one-to-one basis, online or in a group. It may involve activities, such as art and crafts, walking or meeting for coffee.

Small grants of up to £250 can be used to help kick-start your new peer support in the community service. The funding can be used for things like venue hire, leaflets, materials for activities and training.
