Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local Charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £4M, over 150 staff and 240 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

Bromley Well helps people living in Bromley borough to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing. The service is currently supporting around 150 mental health carers and more than 600 adults to live well and thrive in their local community, alongside a list of more than 4000 registered clients. The service offers individual and group support pathways, and is currently delivering support remotely through telephone and virtual platforms.

We are looking for a Mental Health Information & Signposting Worker to provide support to clients accessing our service to manage common mental health problems such as anxiety, stress and low mood.

You will have experience of supporting adults with mild to moderate mental health problems, their families and carers. You should also have experience of managing a diverse caseload, and signposting clients to appropriate services. An ability to work independently, show initiative and communicate effectively with others is essential for this role.
