Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local Charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of more than £4m, over 150 staff and 200 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

The IPS Service is funded by the Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind IPS Service was implemented in 2017 and became a Centre of Excellence last year. We are looking for a skilled individual to join our successful team.

The service supports approximately 70 unemployed people with severe mental health problems into paid jobs each year. The post-holder will represent Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind, working within Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

Successful applicants for this post will receive training in the IPS approach. You will have a positive attitude about employment for all; demonstrate perseverance and adaptability, with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
