Bromley Working for Wellbeing has launched online Cognitive Behaviourial Therapy (CBT) for people who have busy lives and find it difficult to attend the groups we also offer. The online support is to help adults in Bromley to overcome mild to moderate anxiety or depression.
The service is using an online CBT programme which helps people learn how to manage stress, anxiety and depression in their daily lives. It lets people work at their own pace at a time and place that suits them. Research suggests online CBT can be as effective as one-to-one therapy for many people.
