Having a baby isn’t easy at the best of times, especially with the modern-day demands of work, health and relationships, and traditional family support networks not always being an option. Our Mindful Mums groups will help you navigate the path of new parenthood.

What is Mindful Mums?

Mindful Mums offers supportive five-week courses and drop-in sessions for pregnant women and new mums. All of our groups are led by trained volunteers with their own personal experience of managing the challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood. The sessions offer an opportunity to connect with other pregnant women and new mums with similar experiences and learn tips and techniques for looking after your wellbeing.

Who is Mindful Mums for?

Mindful Mums is for pregnant women and mums with babies up to 12 months old who live in the London boroughs of Bromley, Lewisham or Greenwich.

When are Mindful Mums sessions held?

Mindful Mums offers two types of wellbeing sessions: five-week courses and drop-in groups. We are delighted to announce that you are now able to choose to attend our five-week courses either in-person or online. Drop-in groups will remain online. Registration is required for our five-week courses but not for our drop-in groups.

In-person group

When: Tuesdays 1pm – 2.30pm; 11 January – 8 February

Where: Bellingham Children and Family Centre, 109 Randlesdown Rd, SE6 3HB – MAP

Zoom group

When: Fridays 10.30am – 12pm; 14 January – 11 February

Where: online via Zoom (login details will be sent after you have registered)

NB: places for these groups are allocated on a first come, first served basis, so please register as soon as possible if you are interested in attending.

Drop-in sessions

Mindful Mums drop-in sessions are held on Zoom every Tuesday, 10am – 10.45am. There is no need to register.
