Lewisham Community Wellbeing helps local people recover from mental ill health and maintain their wellbeing.

Peer Support
Activities and groups to support adults experiencing mental health issues which are run by people with lived experience of mental health problems and recovery.

Suicide Bereavement Service
The South East London Suicide Bereavement Service supports people who have lost someone to suicide in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

Mindful Mums
Mindful Mums are wellbeing groups which help pregnant women and new mothers share experiences and look after themselves during pregnancy and the first year after birth.

Being Dad
Being Dad groups are for expectant/new dads or men with parenting responsibility. They help men look after their wellbeing during a life-changing time.

Advice and support for adults experiencing mental health issues who are applying for benefits.

Primary Care Mental Health Service (PCMS)
PCMS supports people experiencing mental health issues and the primary and community care professionals caring for them.
