Our organisation relies on the effectiveness of its ICT in order to provide the support we do to people. We have contracts with external providers for our IT, mobile, phone and internet infrastructure. A key function of this role is to manage these contracts to ensure that they are meeting service level agreements.
As an organisation we seek to keep up to date with technology and there are often new initiatives that the post holder will need to project manage, working alongside the contractors and internal stakeholders.
The post holder will line manage the ICT Coordinator, who assists with day to day functions such as updating databases and ensuring new starters get equipment on time.
You will be highly organised and proactive about sustaining and improving an ICT infrastructure that is fit for our purpose. You will also have excellent relationship building and communication skills.
