Greenwich Mindful Mums Wellbeing Groups

Having a baby isn’t easy at the best of times, especially with the modern day demands of work, health and relationships, and traditional family support networks not always being an option. Our Mindful Mums groups will help you navigate the path of new parenthood.

What is Mindful Mums?

Mindful Mums offers supportive five-week courses and drop-in sessions for pregnant women and new mums. All of our groups are led by trained volunteers with their own personal experience of managing the challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood. The sessions offer an opportunity to connect with other pregnant women and new mums with similar experiences and learn tips and techniques for looking after your wellbeing.

Who is Mindful Mums for?

Mindful Mums is for pregnant women and mums with babies up to 12 months old who live in the London boroughs of Bromley, Lewisham or Greenwich.

When are Mindful Mums sessions held?

Mindful Mums offers two types of wellbeing sessions: five-week courses and drop-in groups. Both types of group are currently taking place on Zoom due to COVID-19 restrictions. Registration is required for the five-week courses but not for the drop-in groups.

Mondays: 10.30am – 12.pm for five consecutive Mondays (11th January to 8th February)

Drop-in sessions

Mindful Mums drop-in sessions are every Tuesday, 10am – 10.45am. There is no need to register.
