Delivery of our services during the COVID-19 pandemic
So much has changed recently, but we are continuing to respond to the needs of our service users across both mental health and dementia services.
We are offering lots of support and advice by telephone; if you feel you would like to speak to someone, please see below the telephone number to call.
In addition to telephone and email support, some services are being offered face-to-face via video links and other technology. These details are also listed below.

Dementia carers support
These services are available to carers of people with dementia, offering coping strategies and advice.

Mental wellbeing, emotional & social support
- Help people manage their mental health and wellbeing during the outbreak by offering a listening ear, support and advice on coping strategies.
- Help people connect to other sources of support and community resources.

Bromley Recovery Works
Bromley Recovery Works consists of a Recovery College, Peer Support Group and Employment Support. All of Recovery Works’ services are still available, although adapted for lockdown. They are continuing to offer informal Mental Health Groups online during this time. Lewisham Community Wellbeing
Lewisham Community Wellbeing supports adults in Lewisham to recover from mental ill health and stay well. They are continuing to provide 1:1 phone support, including advice and guidance.

Mindline offers telephone counselling for adults in Greenwich, providing a safe and confidential space to explore any difficulties you might be experiencing.
Mindline opening times:
Monday – Friday: 10.30am – 4.30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6pm – 9pm
Saturday: 10.30am – 1.30pm
Since most of our counsellors are working remotely, please leave your details including your phone number and email address on the answerphone and our counsellors will call you back. Greenwich Peer support Workshops
Support for expectant or new mothers & fathers
Our Mindful Mums and Being Dad services offer support to parents who are expecting a baby or are new to parenthood. This includes facilitated wellbeing and peer support sessions delivered online.

Peer Support Groups

We are continuing to provide help for people with mental health problems who are struggling to retain their jobs or are looking to return to work.

Connecting Communities Alliance
