Benefits Assessment Support helps adults experiencing mental health difficulties to prepare for and attend benefits assessments.

Recovery Coordinator Service

The Recovery Coordinators service works with you to manage mental health problems by listening to your needs and creating an achievable personalised plan.

Suicide Bereavement Service

The South East London Suicide Bereavement Service supports people who have lost someone to suicide in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.

Mindful Mums

Mindful Mums’ award-winning wellbeing groups help women look after their own mental wellbeing during pregnancy and the first year of their baby’s life. As well as our usual groups, we also offer groups for young mums, mums from ethnically diverse backgrounds and LGBTQ+ parents.

Being Dad

Being Dad wellbeing groups are for expectant and new dads or men with parenting responsibility. These friendly and relaxed groups offer information, advice and support to help dads in their fatherhood journey, as well as the opportunity to meet other local dads.

Perinatal Community Support

The Perinatal Community Support Service supports pregnant women and new mums experiencing mental health issues during the perinatal period.
