A diagnosis of dementia is life changing. We support people living with dementia  in Bromley, and their carers, providing information, advice and help to find the most suitable services and support for their individual needs.

We provide information, advice and help to find the most suitable services and support for the individual needs of people with dementia

Young Onset Dementia

We offer services and support to adults with young onset dementia. Our holistic approach includes the needs of clients with young families.

We recruit volunteer Dementia Befrienders to help people with dementia live as well as possible in their own homes and local communities.

Our weekly Memory Lane Café, which is currently being held on Zoom, provides a relaxed setting for people with dementia, their family and friends.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bromley Dementia Support Hub, MindCare and Bromley Well are providing stimulating and fun activities online for people living with dementia and their carers.
