Help and advice when you need it most

Bromley Dementia Support Hub

A diagnosis of dementia is life changing. We support people living with dementia  in Bromley, and their carers, providing information, advice and help to find the most suitable services and support for their individual needs.

"The support we received from the Bromley Dementia Hub was outstanding. Seyi was able to 100% reassure us that we were taking the right steps with mum as her dementia was becoming a serious concern. Thank you to the team."
