We support people diagnosed with dementia, and their carers, providing information, advice and help to find the most suitable services for them.

MindCare Dementia Respite at Home
Our Respite at Home service provides individually tailored respite at home, giving families and friends a break from caring for someone with dementia.

Dementia Training
MindCare Dementia Support provides dementia training, coaching and consultancy for dementia care professionals and care providers in Bromley and Lewisham.

Young Onset Dementia
Bromley Dementia Support Hub supports those with young onset dementia, which affects people younger than the age of 65. Our services include weekly Zoom get-togethers, a Peer Support group and a café.

Young Onset Dementia Activists Group (YODA)
Our Young Onset Dementia Activists Group (YODA) is run by Bromley MindCare Dementia Support. The group is open to people from Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich living with young onset dementia or are caring for someone who is.
