Everybody deserves mental health support when they need it. BLG Mind offers a number of mental health and wellbeing services for Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) people across our three boroughs, including some that are culturally-specific. We also work closely with Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network to provide wellbeing and mental health support to vulnerable migrants and refugees.

Greenwich Counselling offers culturally-sensitive counselling to meet the mental health needs of people from African and African-Caribbean communities and Asian Communities.
